It will go onto our log of all issues reported, so that we can keep track and follow them up where they are not resolved by Encore or C&C.

If you need to send a photo to demonstrate the problem, please complete the form, and email the photo to thegeneral.bristol@encoreestates.co.uk and copy it to hello@bgta.org.uk.
Alternatively it is possible to Report a Fault online - www.encoreestates.co.uk/help/report-a-fault.html, providing full contact details and your customer reference number e.g. 276/123 but it is not recommended to use this method as no details are sent to the concierge or the BGTA.

Building Insurance
The policy excess for building insurance claims is £350.
Sanitary ware is covered and if one of the insured perils occurs that could damage these such as fire, escape of water (that requires breaking out of tiles etc.), or accidental damage.
If you need to claim then the Managing Agent would need to receive the following:

Report of the cause of the damage

when/how it occurred

Photos of the damage

Quotes for the replacement/repair
These will be sent to the insurer and subject to their review (and possible involvement of a loss adjustor for large claims) they will approve or refuse the claim.
If the works go ahead they will arrange for payment of the contractor either directly or via the service charge less the excess.
